Difficult to figure out how to return item. And of course It was frustrating to have something Fedexed that was sent wrong color and wrong size.

For the expense of this furniture, the delivery system should be much better. Metropolitan warehouse delivery is a nightmare. I have purchased multiple items and have to deal with this company which makes me never want to purchase again.

I bought a beautiful runner, but it was the wrong size for the room. The return was easy and quick. Any company can sell lots of stuff, and believe me I have bought lots of stuff. It’s the response to issues that makes a company stand out. I will definitely purchase again from Lulu and Georgia?

Ordered 2 fur rug throws. Terrible quality. Both had very strong horrific smell . Trying to get in touch with customer service for return, apparently there is none. Have no idea how to get my money back. It’s from such a big company this is horrible

I ordered a rug . Quick delivery. Beautiful quality just as pictured . It was little pricey but, I was able to use Affirm so that help me make the decision to buy it . I’m glad I did I love it. I read one review said it was light blue but to me it’s more of a light gray. And the color in between the cream color is brown I thought it was a mustard .

I had to deal with customer service over a few things with my 2 current orders ranging from status to something that came damaged. They were attentive and responsive. Customer service is a dealbreaker for me and the service I got from L&G / Jay was above & beyond.

Outstanding rug, worth every penny. Shipping was quick-the only issue I experienced was not receiving any notification the order shipped-was a pleasant surprise when it arrived though

This review pertains to customer service, which was outstanding. Lulu and Georgia were very responsive when I contacted them about a shattered mirror. Received a refund immediately and a discount to purchase it again once the item is in stock. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Shipped quickly and the product is gorgeous! Bigger than I thought it would be - it's absolutely perfect. The light can suit many different decor styles with it's texture and shape.
